Rebecca and one of her underwriters will go over the differences in owners and lenders title policies, the difference in abstracting and title insurance,  the protections title insurance provides, the time and cost savings to the consumer when having an owner’s polies.  They will also give some stats and examples of claims on owner’s title policies.
