NAR Code of Ethics Requirements
- 3 year cycle from January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2024
- Courses must be approved by your local association*
- Course certificates must be submitted to patti@fmrealtor.com
- New members can take this: NAR New Member Code of Ethics. or one of the New Member Tracks listed below. ]Class must be completed within the first 180 days of membership (experienced member course listed below does not qualify for new members)

Existing REALTOR® members must complete 2.5 hours of ethics training, meeting specific learning objectives and criteria, within three-year cycles.
REALTORS® who have completed the required ethics training within a three-year cycle in one association shall not be required to complete any further ethics training for that same training cycle if the REALTOR® becomes or is a member of another association.
