New Member Checklists
New to FM REALTORS®? Use these checklists to complete all the necessary steps and start your membership with confidence:
Required:
___ Complete all required membership courses:*
- New Member Orientation - The next New Member Orientation will be held on Thursday, February 26, 2026, from 9:00 - 11:45 AM at the FMR Office. Click here for more information.
- New Member Code of Ethics - The next in-person New Member Code of Ethics session will be held on Thursday, March 19, 2026, from 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM at the FMR Office. This course is approved for 3 ND & MN CE hours and is free to new members within their first 180 days of membership. New members should email Kelly Sommerfeld to sign up. Click here for more course information. NAR also offers a New Member Code of Ethics course online, free of charge. No continuing education credits are offered for this class. - Fair Housing Training - Complete any one of the following to fulfill this requirement: (1) Fairhaven 2.0 (Recommended) - free, online simulation from NAR, (2) Bias Override: Overcoming Barriers to Fair Housing - live, virtual course from NAR, (3) At Home with Diversity - certification from NAR, or (4) Upholding Fair Housing Laws - CE course from The CE Shop.
___ Set up your FM REALTORS® website account:

Go to FMRealtor.com and click "Sign In" at the top left. Select "Forgot Passord?" and enter the email you used on your membership paperwork in the box labeled "Enter Your Registered Email". Once you're logged in, you can update your profile and register for association events and classes.
___ Set up your NAR website account:

Go to NAR.Realtor and click "Sign In" at the top left. Select "Create Account", then enter your Member ID and last name to complete the setup. Once you're logged in, you can update your profile and access NAR resources, information, and services.

___ Set up SupraWEB to unlock your full Supra benefits.
*All required membership courses (New Member Orientation, New Member Code of Ethics, and Fair Housing Training) must be completed within 180 days of your membership application. If not completed, you will need to reapply for membership and pay new member fees. MLS access will be revoked.
