CREDIT CARD POLICY:  Credit cards will be charged immediately upon registration. 

REFUND POLICY:  Full refund (less $10 processing fee if registration was paid by credit card) may be returned only if notice of cancellation is submitted in writing to FM REALTORS® five days prior to class or event.  NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS THEREAFTER.  Any refunds will be mailed within ten days following class or event.  Email refund request to, fax to 701-232-1831 or mail to 1535 42nd St S, Ste 300, Fargo, ND, 58103.

CANCELLATION:  FM REALTORS® reserves the right to cancel any courses not meeting the minimum enrollment requirements.  If a course is canceled, you will be notified and refunded in full.

LICENSEE RESPONSIBILITY: Please note that while FM REALTORS® offers continuing educations courses to meet the licensees’ needs, IT IS ALWAYS THE LICENSEES RESPONSIBILITY to ensure they have completed the correct number and type (mandatory/elective) of hours to renew their license by their state deadline.  FM REALTORS® cannot and will not at any time be held liable if a licensee attends the incorrect number and/or type of hours and/or cannot subsequently renew their licenses with the state due to incorrect or insufficient CE hours.  Please refer to the appropriate state licensing department for more information on specific requirements.

REGISTRATING OTHERS: If a person is registering on behalf of another, it is the responsibility of that person to notify the other of the terms and conditions of registering, for which they are agreeing to on the behalf of the other person. Responsibility also includes providing full details of the other’s registration details as confirmed. If you are a Business Partner member, it is your responsibility to comply with RESPA.
