NAR Code of Ethics & Fair Housing Requirements

3 year cycle from January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2027
Courses must be approved by your local association
Course certificates must be submitted to patti@fmrealtor.com
New members can take this: NAR New Member Code of Ethics. or one of the *New Member Tracks listed below. Class must be completed within the first 180 days of membership.

(online) Ethical Excellence: Raising the Bar
(online) Using the Code to Solve Ethical Dilemmas
(online) MNR Members only - free COE class offered by MNR
(online) NAR online COE Course
(inperson) *REALTOR Code of Ethics - New Member Track - August 28th open to all REALTORS
