Award nominations are now open! These awards celebrate outstanding leaders and their contributions to our industry. Help us recognize the individuals making a meaningful impact in our REALTOR® community by submitting a nomination.
Award Categories
REALTOR® of the Year
Recognizes an FMR REALTOR® Member, based on a point system that considers the following categories: local, state, and national association activities; REALTOR® professionalism and accomplishments; and civic activities. The recipient of this award will also become FMR's nominee for North Dakota REALTOR® of the Year.
Business Partner of the Year
Recognizes an FMR Business Partner member for outstanding involvement with FM REALTORS®, including committee service, leadership, civic engagement, and business accomplishments.
NEW: Rising Star Award
Recognizes a newer FMR REALTOR® (three years or less as a REALTOR®) who demonstrates strong engagment, professionalism, and emerging leadership potential. If you would like to verify that your nominee meets the three years or less requirement, please contact Kelly Sommerfeld.

The deadline to submit nomination forms is Friday, June 19, 2026. Nominations may be submitted by any member. Award receipients will be recognized at the Awards Gala on Tuesday, August 4, 2026, at the Avalon Events Center.
