The Leadership Emerging and Development (L.E.A.D.) Mentorship Program is designed to help cultivate the next generation of leaders. By providing a personalized onboarding experience for emerging talent, L.E.A.D. helps transfer institutional knowledge, increase involvement, and promote informed engagement.

Who can participate?

The L.E.A.D. Mentorship Program is open to any REALTOR® member of FM REALTORS®.

How does it work?

Members may apply for the program during the open enrollment period. Mentors and mentees accepted into the program will be matched by the L.E.A.D. Team. The program is a one-year commitment, running from August through July of the following year. During this time, participants are expected to fulfill specific requirements to ensure a successful and impactful mentorship experience. At the conclusion of the program, mentors and mentees who have successfully completed it will be recognized at the FMR Awards Event. Note that there is no cost to participate in the program.
